Cancellation Policy

I Understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and kindly request that you provide at least 48 hour notice.I'm a small by appointment only business when a client doesn't show up I'm not getting paid/loosing out on that time in order to stay in business I need to charge for the time lost.

Failure to provide sufficient notice means you give up your deposit and I will need to charge a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment.

Two or more no-shows will no longer get appointments.

Booking appointment with me means you agree to these terms.

I require $15 deposit to secure your appointment, depending on the amount of time I will have to book I might need a bigger deposit.

For quality purposes I don't do fills over other peoples work, I don't soak off other peoples work, please make sure everything is soaked off before booking an appointment, and I no longer offer regular polish on sets only on toe nails thank you for understanding.
